Description
The Water Dragon, is one of the four Elemental Dragons.
Again, started the concept, value and hue setup in GIMP, and after that continued in MyPaint. Used Wacom Intuos3. On Linux(Ubuntu).
Took roughly 3-4 hours to create from concept to finished painting you see here.
